Please provide the following information:

Your order number

  1. Date of order
  2. Part numbers of items to be returned
  3. Your email address
  4. Your telephone number
  5. Your ship to address
  6. Your name
  7. Reason for return

Product Returns (additional information):

  • All returns require prior approval and a return authorization number.
  • Product must be new and unused in the original packaging.
  • Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Shipping fees from our warehouse to your location are not refundable. If your ordered included free shipping the actual cost of shipping to your location will be deducted from your refund.
  • Upon receipt of your returned item we will inspect the item(s) to determine their condition.
  • Product opened with the seal on the box broken is not eligible for return or credit. 
  • Restocking fees start at 25% and apply to all returns. 


Please note any shipping damage at the time of delivery and advise carrier of damage. A claim should filed with the carrier for damage of UPS, FedEx and LTL shipments.

If you have questions on filing a claim, please call or email our office and we will walk you through the process to file a claim. Documenting shipping damage and notifying the carrier is the responsibility of the "buyer" "recipient" of the shipment. As part of this process be sure to save all packaging and photograph the condition of the item as you unpackage the item. Remember carriers reserve the right to inspect all packaging and contents of damage claims. Failure to properly document the damage will result in the claim being denied.
