AP3155™ Application Instructions for UV sand LED Curable Inks:
- Wear protective gear, including Latex or Nitrile gloves and safety glasses, when applying AP3155.
- Use in a well ventilated space.
- Apply AP3155 to the substrate with a clean, white, lint free wipe or microfiber cloth saturated with the promoter, covering the full surface and insuring no voids.
- Using a clean, dry, white lint free wipe or microfiber cloth, wipe off AP3155, leaving a thin layer of promoter on the substrate (the substrate will feel slippery).
- Load the AP3155 prepared substrate into the printer and print image using UV or LED curable ink.
- AP3155 will cure with the ink when flashed by the UV or LED lamp.
AP3155™ Paint Gun Application for UV Curable Inks:
- Use Nitrile or Latex gloves and safety glasses when applying AP3155
- Use in a well ventilated space.
- Mix AP3155 with Acetone with a 50/50 ratio.
- Spray AP3155 onto the substrate with a metal spray gun. Make sure to apply a thin even layer of adhesion promoter and use a fine tip nozzle with the sprayer.
- Load the AP3155 prepared substrate into printer and print image using UV curable ink.
- AP3155 will cure with the ink when flashed by the UV lamp.
AP3155™ Glass Special Instructions:
- Only print on the tin or float side when printing on glass.
- To confirm the float or tin side, illuminate the glass with a black light; the float or tin side of the glass will glow.
- Shelf Life: One year from date of manufacture.
