PCV Pro 500 Series Vinyl Striping is a 3.0 mil intermediate calendered vinyl pre-slit into narrow rolls for pinstriping, lettering, and detail work. Built on the same permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive and 78# clay-coated liner as our full-width rolls, it cuts clean, lays flat, and weeds easy - available in 50+ colors and widths from 1/2" up to 12".

Frequently Asked Questions
What application tape should I use?
A medium-tack transfer tape works for most applications. For multi-color or fine detail alignment, a frosted matte or clear tape gives better visibility during positioning.
Can I use this on vehicles?
Yes, for flat-surface short-term applications. For long-term or contoured vehicle graphics, a cast vinyl with a solvent-based adhesive is recommended.
What is the outdoor lifespan?
Most colors are rated up to 5 years under normal exposure conditions. Transparent and matte clear variants are rated up to 6 months.
Is this compatible with my craft cutter?
The 6", 8", 10", and 12" widths are compatible with most home craft cutters including Cricut and Silhouette machines.
