UV Adhesion Promoters

PerfectCut Vinyl offers high-performance UV adhesion promoters that improve ink and coating adhesion on hard-to-print substrates. These surface pretreatments are commonly used with UV and LED UV printers and roller coaters when UV inks or UV coatings struggle to bond to plastics, metals, and other low-surface-energy materials.

Which UV adhesion promoter do I need?

  • AP2155 is a UV adhesion promoter, anti-static treatment, and surface cleaner for many plastic substrates. It helps remove fingerprints and oils and can reduce static prior to printing.
  • AP3155 is a high-strength UV adhesion promoter for the most challenging materials where adhesion issues are common.

Common compatible substrates

PVC, HDPE, coroplast, polystyrene, acrylic, metal, aluminum, glass, and other hard-to-print surfaces.
