Printable Sticker and Decal Vinyl

This is the printable vinyl sticker shops, sign shops and label printers run every day for decals, nameplates and labels. It includes economy 3 mil white films rated for 3 years outdoors and polymeric 3.0 and 3.4 mil films rated up to 5 years, in gloss and matte. Adhesives run from removable (clean removal up to a year) to permanent to high-tack for low-energy surfaces. Opaque block-out films use a grey adhesive so nothing shows through, and air-egress versions go down dry. There are also clear films, 6 mil semi-rigid films and holographic films.

How to choose

For decals that will stay put, start with 3.0mil Gloss White Polymeric Print Vinyl, Permanent Adhesive or 3.4mil Matte White Polymeric Print Vinyl, Permanent Adhesive; both are rated up to 5 years. Where price matters more than durability, 3.0mil Gloss White Promo Print Vinyl, Permanent Adhesive is the economy choice at 3 years. If the decal must come off clean within a year, use 3.4mil Matte White Polymeric Print Vinyl, Removable Adhesive or the gloss removable. Over an existing print or a dark surface, pick 3.0mil Gloss White Opaque Block-Out Polymeric Print Vinyl, Permanent Adhesive. For textured or low-energy plastics, choose 3.4mil Matte White Polymeric Print Vinyl, High-Tack Permanent Adhesive, and for large flat panels applied dry pick an air-egress version.

Most rolls are 15, 20, 24, 30, 54 and 60 in by 150 ft; 6 mil semi-rigid films are 100 ft and holographic films come in 25 to 150 ft lengths.
