Vehicle Wrap Vinyl

This category holds the printable wrap films and the overlaminates that go over them. The cast wrap vinyl is a 2 mil gloss white film with grey block-out, slidable air-egress adhesive and 8-year durability, made for full wraps over complex curves, deep channels and rivets. The calendered wrap vinyls in 2.4 and 3 mil cover fleet work and partial wraps on flat and moderately curved panels. A cast rough-surface film and a black carbon-fiber texture film round out the list. The overlaminates are cast clear in 1.3 and 2 mil (gloss, matte, ultra-matte) and 2.4 mil calendered clear in gloss and matte with UV protection.

How to choose

A cast laminate goes over a cast print film, so pair 2.0mil Gloss White Cast Vehicle Wrap Vinyl, Grey Block-Out Slidable Adhesive, Air-Egress with 2.0mil Gloss Clear Cast Wrap Overlaminate, 2.0mil Matte Clear Cast Wrap Overlaminate or the other cast laminates. Do not put a calendered laminate over cast film. For vans, trucks and trailers with corrugations and mild curves, run 2.4mil Gloss White Vehicle Wrap Vinyl, Grey Block-Out Repositionable Adhesive, Air-Egress under 2.4mil Gloss Clear Vehicle Wrap Overlaminate, UV or the matte UV version. For partial wraps and fleet decals removable within two years, 3.0mil Gloss White Vehicle Wrap Vinyl, Slidable Repositionable, Air-Egress takes the same 2.4 mil laminates.

Wrap films and laminates come in 15, 20, 24, 30, 54 and 60 in by 150 ft; the rough-surface film tops out at 54 in and the carbon-fiber film adds 12 in and 30 ft options.
